1. Services Provided

KLINE IP offers digital tools for preparing, managing, and filing intellectual property (IP) applications with relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Intellectual Property (MOIP), Republic of Korea.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete applicant/inventor information and product/invention details.
• You are responsible for reviewing the invoice before sending the filing request email.
• You agree not to misuse our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

3. Fees and Payments

Professional fees and official fees are shown in advance, and as a general rule, the official fees will be paid to the MOIP only after confirmation that the invoiced amount has been remitted from overseas.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website is the property of KLINE IP unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, KLINE IP is not liable for delays, rejections, or damages arising from incomplete or incorrect information submitted by the user.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
